Salads

In the salad department, fresh brand name clamshells are available in both organic and conventional choices. Salad offerings include arugula, 50/50 blend, herb, kale, spring mix, romaine, sweet lettuce, and spinach. Crisp cello-bagged savoy spinach is also delivered fresh daily and Kosher peeled garlic in individual 5 pound jars, and cases of 20 one pound jars are available. At E. Armata the salads are rotated continuously to offer the most extended shelf life, the best quality for our customers.
